Quality assurance and service commitment

1、 Quality assurance

Our company can take three conditions as the basis of ensuring product quality, namely, staff quality, design and manufacturing and process level, and strict quality assurance system.

1). Staff quality

The company attaches great importance to the improvement of staff quality. The company has high-level plastic machine design elites and management talents. The front-line operators are skilled technicians. The company also trains them in batches to keep improving their skills. Such high-level designers and skilled production technicians lay the foundation for ensuring the quality of products.

2). Design, manufacture and process level

The company attaches great importance to the quality of employees, especially to the updating of technology and the improvement of manufacturing technology. The company has established and maintained cooperation and support with relevant domestic colleges and universities and research institutes, and often sends technical personnel to receive irregular short-term training, so as to improve their design level and ensure that the company's equipment keeps ahead in the same type in China.

3). Strict quality assurance system

In addition to high-level designers, advanced production technology and high-quality production line workers, our company also has a complete set of perfect quality management system, which runs in strict accordance with ISO9001:2000 quality system, and checks the upper level of each quality control point, so as to ensure the further improvement of quality and the interests of customers.

2、 Technical service commitment

1). Our company will test the equipment before leaving the factory and invite the user for preliminary inspection before shipment.

2). Be responsible for the installation and commissioning of the equipment, ensure that the commissioning is completed within the time specified in the contract.The production is normal. The Demander shall be responsible for the board and lodging expenses of the installation and commissioning personnel.

3). "Three Guarantees" shall be implemented for the products sold for a period of one year. During the "Three Guarantees" period, our company is responsible for free maintenance and replacement of any damage to key parts (except improper operation and vulnerable parts).

3、 After sales service commitment

1) In order to ensure the interests of customers, our company provides lifelong service for the equipment.

2) Our company will provide customers with high quality and good price spare parts for a long time.

3) The company provides free technical guidance for the equipment originally ordered by users.
